About the Role:

This role involves coordinating end-to-end store launch activities, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting post-launch stabilization. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support business operations and development team in planning and execution of new store openings.
- Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment, furniture, and other site requirements.
- Manage logistics for site setup including dry stock, café supplies, Wi-Fi, and utilities.
- Conduct site recce and ensure operational readiness prior to launch.
- Track inventory requirements and café sales predictability to ensure stock availability during launch.
- Assist café managers in achieving operational stability post-launch within defined timelines.
- Liaison between projects and operations team to ensure smooth handover of projects,



document and track progress to ensure timely execution.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Ops, BD, Legal, Design, Procurement) to align on timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in Operations, preferably in F&B;, Retail, or QSR industry.
- Strong field experience with exposure to procurement, vendor management, or site setup.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in adaptable shifts (comp offs provided).
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Trainable and eager to grow in a fast-scaling environment.
