Urgent Hiring for 'Assistant Manager, HR & Admin (India)- HRIS Lead
Job Overview:
The candidate will support Company's growth in India by leading the end-to-end setup of the new Noida office, establishing scalable HR and administrative operations across Noida and Bangalore, and acting as the HR lead for future acquisitions in the region. This role will also provide local oversight and coordination for the companys IT team based in Noida.
In addition, the role will serve as the India HRIS lead, driving system adoption, data quality, and training across local sites, and will support the deployment of Global HR initiatives in the region to ensure strong rollout, change management, adoption, and training aligned with company's standards.
Key Responsibilities
1) New Office Setup Noida (Site Establishment & Readiness)
- Lead the complete office setup project for Noida, including planning, vendor selection, and readiness milestones.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, EHS/Security as applicable) to ensure the site meets company's operational and compliance requirements.
- Oversee administrative setup: facility readiness, office services, access/badging, workplace standards, and local administrative processes.
2) HR Leadership – India (Noida & Bangalore)
- Deliver core HR operations across India sites, including:
- Recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding
- Employee relations and local issue resolution
- Support to performance management, engagement, and policy deployment
- Ensure alignment with Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal controls; maintain HR documentation and audit readiness.
3) India HRIS Lead Oracle HCM (System Ownership, Adoption & Training)
- Act as the primary India point-of-contact for company’s HRIS.
- Drive training and change management for Noida and Bangalore to ensure high adoption and correct usage.
- Ensure data integrity, timely employee lifecycle transactions, and adherence to global workflows.
- Develop local job aids, quick reference guides, and periodic refresher training.
4) Deployment Support – Global HR Initiatives (Regional Rollout, Adoption & Training)
- Partner with the Director of HR, EMEI and Global/Regional HR teams to support deployment of Global HR initiatives in India/region (e.g., talent programs, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, policy updates, leadership development, and rewards-related programs as applicable).
- Support local change management: stakeholder alignment, communications, site readiness, and issue resolution.
- Plan and deliver training sessions for managers and employees to ensure consistent understanding and solid adoption.
- Track rollout progress using participation/completion metrics, feedback, and action plans; escalate risks and recommend improvements.
5) IT Team Coordination – Noida (Local Enablement & Operations Support)
- Provide local administrative and operational coordination for the company’s IT team based in Noida.
- Coordinate site enablement needs: workspace planning, access controls,
vendor coordination, and alignment with office operations and policies.
6) M&A; / Acquisition HR Lead – India & Region
- Support and/or lead the HR workstream for future acquisitions in the region, including:
- HR due diligence support (people/process/data readiness)
- Integration execution: policy alignment, HRIS integration, communications, onboarding into Bel practices
7) Administration, Vendors & Workplace Operations
- Manage key vendors supporting site operations (as applicable): facility services, security, housekeeping, transport, pantry, etc.
- Support local office budgets and service levels in coordination with Finance (where assigned).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Master’s in HR preferred.
- 6–10+ years experience across HR generalist responsibilities and site administration; multi-site experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting office setup / site readiness activities.
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Hands-on HRIS experience with proven capability to deliver end-user training (implementation exposure a plus).
- Strong coordination skills across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
