About the position:
As our Assistant Manager Maintenance & Repairs you take care of all aspects of maintenance and repairs for our owned fleet as well as the attached fleet, including the contract management with the OEM. You will be make sure that scheduled maintenance is conducted and documented and you will be responsible for managing emergencies.
Your tasks will be
- Day to day vehicle maintenance
- Periodic Maintenance – Vehicle + Reefer + Container
- Vehicle Documentation (National Permit, Insurance, Tax, FC, Pollution)
- Coordination with insurance team
- Managing oil & lubricant
- Coordination with Drivers on a day-to-day basis for complaint resolution
- Safety Trainings
- Drivers Induction
- Drivers Training
Who we are looking for:
- Experience of 5+ years in cold chain transport business
- technical studies with Graduation/Diploma
- experience in vehicle maintenance and repair management
- professional communication
- service and result orientation
- strong organizational skills
