He / She’ll oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, lead a skilled team, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. His /her work will directly impact production efficiency, cost savings, and workplace safety..

Qualification/ Personal Attributes Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). 6–9 years of experience in plant/facility maintenance, preferably Solar Cell manufacturing or process industries. Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical equipment’s.

Sound knowledge on Solar Cell Process of Both Perc and Topcon Technology. Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising preventive and breakdown maintenance for machinery, utilities, and facilities. Monitor equipment performance and implement predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime. Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure seamless operations. Manage spare parts inventory . Planned improvements in equipment’s for improving MTTR and MTBF.

Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and internal SOPs. Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.



Support the Maintenance Manager in reporting and team performance reviews. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Sound knowledge on PLC , SCADA , drives , motor , encoder , industrial communication protocol and various sensors (Proximity , NPN and PNP Type sensors ).
