Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Event Manager to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will lead events end-to-endfrom initial strategy and conceptualization through execution and post-event evaluation. You will manage high-value client accounts, lead on-ground operations, oversee P&L; budgets, and drive client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Event Execution: Plan, design, organize, and manage corporate and brand events from concept to flawless execution.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, nurturing long-term relationships while identifying new business growth opportunities.
- Budgeting & P&L; Ownership:



Manage event budgets, develop cost models, oversee profit/loss (P&L;), and ensure strict adherence to financial constraints.
- Vendor & Logistics Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors (caterers, decorators, tech/AV providers, setup crews, and entertainment).
- Team Leadership: Direct on-ground teams, assign roles, and mentor junior event staff to ensure high-performance standards under tight deadlines.
- Event Marketing & Innovation: Explore cutting-edge event tech, experiential platforms, and promotional strategies to maximize audience engagement and ROI.
- Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate event success using key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI metrics, and client feedback reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Event Manager / Senior Event Manager (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Skills:

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
- Expertise in budget management, vendor negotiation, and logistical planning.
