JOB TITLE - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKET RESEARCH EXECUTIVE

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented skilled to identify market opportunities for the company's land bank across Jaipur. The role involves conducting market research, developing relationships with brokers and corporate clients, generating leads for land leasing, sales and Build-to-Suit (BTS) projects, and providing regular market intelligence to management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research around the company's land parcels to identify potential opportunities.

• Meet and maintain relationships with local property brokers, consultants, and channel partners.

• Identify and approach companies requiring land for lease, Sales or Build-to-Suit developments.

• Generate and follow up on qualified business leads.

• Coordinate site visits and support commercial discussions.

• Maintain a database of leads,



brokers, and client interactions.

• Submit daily activity reports and periodic market updates to management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.

• Min. 5 years of experience in business development, real estate leasing, market research, or property consultancy.

• Good knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market will be preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong communication and networking skills.

• Market research and lead generation capabilities.

• Negotiation and relationship management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur.
