Role & Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle Retail techno-functional solutions.
- Design, configure, develop, customize, and support Oracle Retail MOM applications.
- Work on Oracle Retail modules including RMS/MFCS, ReIM/IMCS, ReSA/SACS, RTM, RPM/PCS, Allocation, RIB/RICS, and SIM/SIOCS.
- Prepare functional and technical design documents, specifications, and solution documents.
- Perform development activities using SQL, PL/SQL, APEX, Pro*C, ADF, Reports, Unix Shell Scripting, and batch processing.
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle Retail implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide application optimization recommendations and support issue resolution.
- Support Agile delivery practices,



documentation, user training, and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Retail Techno-Functional consulting.
- Strong experience in Oracle Retail MOM implementation and support projects.
- Hands-on experience in at least 1 - 2 full-cycle Oracle Retail implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Retail modules (RMS, MFCS, ReIM, ReSA, RTM, RPM, RIB, SIM/SIOCS).
- Good technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, APEX, Pro*C, ADF, Reports, Unix Shell Scripting, and batch processing.
- Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud, OIC, and Microservices is an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and client communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote delivery environment.
