Job Summary:

Responsible for leading end-to-end dairy plant operations, ensuring production targets, product quality, equipment reliability, food safety, cost optimization, and statutory compliance while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall dairy plant operations, including milk processing, production, and dispatch.
- Ensure achievement of production and quality targets.
- Lead maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FSMS, FSSAI, ISO, MMPO, and safety standards.
- Drive cost control, energy conservation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Optimize manpower utilization and plant productivity.
- Maintain MIS reports, statutory records, and audit compliance.
- Lead, train, and develop plant teams to achieve operational excellence.
