Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end performance testing initiatives across multiple applications and platforms.
- Define Performance Test Strategy, Test Plans, Workload Models, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
- Design and execute:
- Load Testing
- Stress Testing
- Volume Testing
- Spike Testing
- Endurance/Soak Testing
- Scalability Testing

- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
- Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
- Monitor application, server, database, and network performance metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and collaborate with development teams for remediation.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Support production performance monitoring, capacity planning, and reliability initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and drive performance testing best practices
