What this job involves

Delivery of Client Satisfaction

- Ensuring all the KPI s are met

- Managing the team on daily basis and addressing the issue

- Managing the vendor to run the smooth operation and reporting the issue time to time

- Monitoring the daily operations and reporting

Achieving Safety aspects

- Ensuring all the safety parameters are monitored and reported

- Ensuring all the operational regulatory parameters are met

- Ensuring all the firms specified operational safety parameters are met

- Ensuring no deviation on firms contractual compliance are met, i.e., Trainings, and on boarding process etc.

- Ensuring deviations or non-compliance are reported.
