Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and AWS services to join our development team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Development:

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MySQL.
- Full Stack Expertise:

Demonstrate proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration between the two layers.
- Database Management:

Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity using MySQL or similar relational databases.
- AWS Integration:

Utilize various AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and others to deploy, manage, and scale web applications effectively.
- Architecture Design:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
- Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices.
- Performance Optimization:

Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end layers to ensure optimal application performance.
- Security:





Implement security best practices to protect web applications from common vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and development guidelines.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) developing web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with relational database design and development using MySQL or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Github, Bitbucket).
- Solid understanding of software development best practices (e.g., Agile methodologies, SOLID principles).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of AWS architecture best practices, including designing scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
- Exposure to performance tuning and optimization for both frontend and backend applications.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with the design component libraries Chakra UI and Material UI.
