Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Hardware Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support internal teams with daily IT operations. This is an excellent prospect for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about computer hardware, networking, and technical support.

Responsibilities:

u00b7 Assist with installation and configuration of desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other hardware.

u00b7 Perform routine maintenance of systems including cleaning, upgrades, and component replacements.

u00b7 Troubleshoot hardware issues related to systems, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripheral devices.





u00b7 Set up new systems and ensure they meet required specifications and company standards.

u00b7 Support software installations and basic networking tasks in collaboration with the IT team.

u00b7 Respond to user-reported issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

u00b7 Maintain inventory of IT assets, tools, and spare parts.

u00b7 Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranties, or procurement.

u00b7 Document support activities, issue resolutions, and configurations for future reference.

Requirements:

u00b7 0u20132 years of relevant experience in IT hardware support or system maintenance.

u00b7 Basic understanding of hardware components, networking, system assembly, and troubleshooting.

u00b7 Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux), antivirus, and software installation.

u00b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

u00b7 Good communication and teamwork abilities.

u00b7 Willingness to work flexible hours when required

Educational Qualification

u00b7 Diploma or Degree in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, or equivalent.

u00b7 Certification in hardware networking (like CompTIA A+, CCNA, etc.) is a plus
