We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join us as Hotel Manager Interns. This internship is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates or candidates interested in the hospitality industry to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and service quality.
- Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support vendor coordination and inventory management.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to improve hotel performance and guest satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
- Freshers or Experienced candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
