Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct speech therapy sessions with patients to improve communication skills, articulation, and language development.

- Evaluate patient needs through assessment tests such as audiometry, speech recognition testing, and other diagnostic tools.

- Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their unique requirements.

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with hearing impairments or speech disorders.

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families about treatment outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in audiology or speech pathology field (B.Sc + DLO).

- Robust knowledge of audiology principles, speech therapy techniques, and related technologies (e.g., speech recognition software).

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

- Ability to work independently while also being part of a team environment.
