Were looking for a Senior Social Media Manager (Instagram Tiktok) who can take complete ownership of the companys Instagram and TikTok strategy.

This is not a content production role. Instead, youll be responsible for developing the overall social media strategy, identifying content opportunities through research, creating compelling messaging, and ensuring every piece of content contributes to business growth.

Working closely with the founder (who records the video content) and a dedicated VA (who handles editing and scheduling), youll become the strategic owner of the companys social media presence transforming educational expertise into engaging content that builds authority, generates qualified leads, and drives measurable results.

What Youll Do

Social Media Strategy Growth

- Own the end-to-end Instagram and TikTok strategy.

- Develop and continuously refine long-term content strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

- Research competitors, creators, adjacent industries, and emerging platform trends to identify new opportunities.

- Translate market insights into actionable content plans and growth initiatives.

- Build Instagram and TikTok into consistent lead generation channels rather than simply increasing followers.

- Recommend new experiments, content formats, lead magnets, and growth opportunities based on performance data.

Content Planning Copywriting

- Develop content pillars and editorial direction across Instagram and TikTok.

- Write engaging captions, storytelling-based posts, and compelling hooks.

- Plan carousel content, Instagram Stories, educational content, and lead magnet concepts.

- Ensure all written communication reflects an authentic, engaging, and human brand voice.





- Use AI tools to support ideation and research while maintaining high editorial quality.

Content Direction Creative Leadership

- Guide the founder on content topics, messaging, educational concepts, storytelling angles, and trends to leverage.

- Provide explicit weekly recommendations based on research and performance insights.

- Ensure content remains relevant, valuable, and aligned with the companys positioning.

Content Operations Quality Control

- Review and approve content before publication.

- Provide creative direction and feedback to the VA responsible for editing and scheduling.

- Maintain a consistently high standard of quality across all published content.

- Ensure reliable publishing workflows and continuously improve content performance.

Community Growth Lead Generation

- Develop strategies to increase engagement, visibility, and audience growth.

- Oversee community interaction and recommend initiatives that strengthen audience relationships.

- Develop social campaigns and lead magnet ideas that contribute to qualified lead generation.

- Understand how social content supports the wider customer journey and contributes to business outcomes.

Research Continuous Improvement

- Continuously research competitors, platform trends, audience behavior, storytelling frameworks, viral content, and content formats.

- Convert research findings into practical recommendations and weekly action plans.

- Test new ideas, analyze results, and optimize the companys social media strategy based on data and performance.

Must-Haves

- Proven experience (at least 5 years) developing social media strategies for service-based businesses,



agencies, or B2B brands.

- Strong expertise in Instagram and TikTok strategy, trends, and platform best practices.

- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to turn technical or educational topics into engaging content.

- Proven experience growing social media channels that generate qualified business leads.

- Strong competitor research and market analysis skills.

- Solid understanding of content marketing funnels and customer journeys.

- Experience coordinating content production and collaborating with founders or creative teams.

- Excellent English communication and writing skills.

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without close supervision.
