We are looking for a procurement professional with robust experience in furniture and material sourcing, vendor development, commercial negotiations, and procurement planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead procurement of furniture, interior, and production-related materials including wood, veneer, plywood, laminates, hardware, metal, upholstery, fabrics, glass, stone, and allied materials

2. Prepare and manage BOQs, BOMs, Purchase Orders (POs), and Work Orders (WOs)

3. Review technical drawings and specifications to determine material requirements and procurement plans

4. Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors while building a strong supplier network

5. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions, and delivery schedules

6. Coordinate with Design, Production, Projects, Stores, and Accounts teams to ensure timely material availability

7. Monitor procurement schedules, vendor performance, material quality,



and delivery commitments

8. Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality, timelines, or production requirements

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management

2. Experience in furniture manufacturing, interiors, luxury products, construction materials, or allied industries

3. Ability to read and interpret technical and AutoCAD drawings for material planning and procurement

4. Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation skills

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
