To support implementation and monitoring of safety programs, conduct inspections, maintain safety records and ensure compliance with EHS standards across manufacturing sites under the guidance of the Dy. General Manager - Safety.

Principal Accountabilities

- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support implementation of safety training programs and emergency preparedness drills across sites.
- Maintain safety records, documentation and prepare reports for management review.
- Monitor safety work permit systems and support incident investigation activities.
- Coordinate with operations teams to implement corrective actions and safety improvements.

- Ensuring 100% EHS Compliance across agile manufacturing operations.
- Promoting safety culture among contract manpower and plant personnel.
