Job Purpose:
Lead end-to-end commercial interior design projects from client briefing through execution, ensuring functional, innovative and buildable solutions delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients, understand business needs and prepare design briefs.
- Develop space planning, layouts, concepts, mood boards and material palettes.
- Prepare presentations, 2D drawings, 3D models and renderings.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, procurement and execution teams.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications and material schedules.
- Review shop drawings and resolve site design issues.
- Attend site visits and monitor design compliance.
- Manage multiple projects and design timelines.
- Support value engineering without compromising quality.
- Mentor junior designers and review their outputs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience in Commercial interiors- From Design concept to visualization.
