Ensures that products, services and operations consistently meet regulatory, compliance and
customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce quality standards, policies and procedures as per customer requirements
- Oversee Production processes, monitor quality metrics, conduct audits and inspections and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead, train and manage quality controls team to ensure they are employing proper quality assurance.
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis and improvement corrective actions and prevent their recurrence.
- Work with purchasing to establish quality requirement for external suppliers and act as liaison between management and customers to address feedback and complaints
- Utilize the SPC methods to track and report the key quality metrics.
Education: B. Tech
Requirements: QMS, ISO 90001 : 2015, Six Sigma, IATF >2 years of experience in battery pack assembly or BESS
