- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in functional testing, including at least 2+ years in a lead role
- Strong expertise in test case design techniques (boundary, equivalence partitioning, state transition, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with testing web, mobile, API, and/or microservices-based applications
- Familiarity with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray)
- Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman) is an advantage
- Soft Skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and work in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with a robust commitment to quality
