Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to clients. Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and follow-up schedules in CRM. Schedule appointments or connect leads to the sales team when required. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets. Follow up on leads and nurture them until conversion. Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional tone in all communications.
Requirements
- Strong command over spoken and written English (neutral or clear accent).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service,
or a similar role.
- Confident phone presence and ability to engage clients in conversation.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
