Responsibilities

- Assist in the research, writing, and editing of content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with Gallaghers marketing strategy, tone, and brand guidelines.
- Optimize content for SEO best practices and ensure it reaches targeted audiences.
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
- Help maintain and update website content, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all materials.
- Assist in tracking content performance through analytics and report on metrics such as engagement and traffic.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitors content strategies.
- Championing editorial standards; providing practical recommendations to topic experts and content contributors.

Qualifications
- Education Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Preferred Degree Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Masters degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is a plus.
- Certificate(s)/Special Training Certification in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing,



or Social Media Marketing is preferred.
- Training in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Training in analytics tools such as Google Analytics is beneficial.

Experience
- 2-6 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

Timely delivery of written content (blogs, articles, social media posts). SEO performance improvements (organic search rankings, keyword optimization). Audience engagement (click-through rates, shares, comments). Accuracy and clarity in all written content. Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools, e.g., Google Data Studio. Solid, competent writing and editing skills.
