Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected RTO Executive to manage all Regional Transport Office (RTO) activities for our fleet of commercial vehicles, construction equipment, and project logistics. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, vehicle documentation, liaison with government authorities, and timely renewals to support uninterrupted project operations. Experience in the Construction/EPC/Infrastructure industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all RTO-related documentation for commercial vehicles, including registration, transfer, hypothecation, NOC, permits, and taxation.
- Coordinate vehicle registration for newly purchased trucks, tippers, Hyva vehicles, trailers, pickups, and construction equipment.
- Process and renew fitness certificates, national/state permits, pollution certificates, and road tax.
- Liaise with RTO officials and other government departments to obtain timely approvals and clearances.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurance, permits, and statutory documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicle documents, expiry dates, and compliance status.




- Coordinate with transport vendors, project sites, and finance teams regarding vehicle documentation and statutory payments.
- Handle accidental vehicle documentation, claim support, and legal formalities wherever required.
- Monitor changes in transport laws, Motor Vehicle Act, and RTO regulations.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports on vehicle compliance, renewals, and pending cases.
- Support procurement and logistics teams in vehicle documentation during mobilization and demobilization of projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Motor Vehicle Act and RTO procedures.
- Hands-on experience with commercial vehicle registration and permit management.
- Good liaisoning and negotiation skills with government authorities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
- Solid documentation and record management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and travel to project sites.
