Purpose of the role:

Analyze the process plan in the plant through the Lean method in order to ensure the fixed cycle times in line with defined costs, quality and meet the customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collect the Suggestion form as per department SOP from IED members to improve the productive.
- Prepare the Lean ppt as per OP3 procedure for show to top management
- Study the improvement action points as per OP3 procedure to improve the productive
- Prepare the bill of material sheet as per OP3 procedure and share to planning department to Initiate the intend activity for procure the raw materials & BOI
- Upload the every project BOM in SAP as per OP3 procedure for identify the raw material and BOI stock availability
- Prepare the routing process in SAP of each manufacturing and assembly parts like project wise as per OP3 procedure for monitoring the parts status.




- Monitoring the machining cycle time, RFQ vs actual cycle time as per OP3 procedure for improve the productive Create the item code like customer wise part number, raw material code, bought out item, operation code and industrial standards as per OP3 procedure for verify the stock and monitoring the parts status
- Solve the routing issue and item code issue if required.

- Job Requirements :

- 4-10 years of experience in design engineering with a focus on fixture design for the automobile industry.
- Proficiency in creating designs using CAD software like SolidWorks.
- Robust understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) procedures and ability to create accurate documentation.
