NAbout us:

NIncorporated in 2016 as aJoint-Venture between TotalEnergies and EDF power solutions, Eden Renewables India has been developing, engineering, financing, constructing, and operating over 2 GW of solar PV assets in India.

NKey roles and responsibilities

N- Look after the site EPCcontractor based on the HSE contract signed with EPC.

N- Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.

N- Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.

N- Familiarization of HSE systems and inculcate the importance of HSE procedures/protocols for the site.

N- Assists the Project team in all issues concerned with HSE at work of the contractors.

N- Conducts safety audits both internal and external.

N- Assists in accident, incident investigation procedure.





N- Carries out analysis ofaccident, incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.

N- Provides technical support to Senior Management on safety related subjects.

N- Carries out and providean in-house safety training by preparation of training module.

N- Regular follow-up with EPC contractors on safety measures and its implementation.

NQualifications, Skills, and Experience

N- B. Tech – Electronics and Electrical Engineering

N- Post Graduate Diploma or Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environment post B.Tech.

N- Electrical Safety Certificate Course, if any.

N- ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certified.

N- Relevant experience in solar/renewables industries.

N- Ability to work in a fast-growing Company and align with Company's initiatives;

n- Independent, hands-on, and driven with the aptitude and attitude to learn, embrace and adapt to changes;

n- Dedication tothe transaction/ projects you are handling, with a problem-solving approach and ability to work with relevant

Nstakeholders to drive successful completion of transactions/ projects;

n- Creative and Analytical thinking skills

N- Good knowledge of data analysis and tools like Excel, MS Projects, Power Point etc.

N- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
