Job Title: Assistant Manager – Quality & Safety Assurance
Role Overview The Assistant Manager – Quality & Safety Assurance supports the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS). The role ensures compliance with DGCA regulations, ISAGO standards, IATA AHM/IGOM, airline requirements, and internal SOPs through audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct internal audits, ramp inspections, safety checks, and compliance reviews.
· Maintain QMS/SMS documentation, SOPs, manuals, and records.
· Support incident/accident investigation, RCA, and corrective action follow-up.
· Monitor training compliance, staff competency, and skill card validity.
· Ensure real-time updates of safety checklists and ERP entries.
· Track regulatory and airline requirements (DGCA, DIAL, ISAGO, AHM, IGOM).
· Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
· Prepare dashboards, reports, and data trends for management review.
· Support Task Resource Analysis (TRA) and resource allocation compliance. Qualifications
· Graduate in Aviation/Engineering/Management (preferred).
· 3–6 years’ experience in Quality, Safety, Compliance, or Ground Handling.
· ISO Internal Auditor certification preferred.
· Knowledge of DGCA CARs, ISAGO standards, AHM/IGOM.

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Safety Management System (SMS) Role Overview The Assistant Manager – SMS supports the corporate management of the Safety Management System (SMS) across all stations. The role is responsible for safety risk management, incident reporting, investigations, trend analysis, and ensuring compliance with DGCA CARs, ICAO Annex 19, ISAGO, and internal safety standards. Key Responsibilities
· Support corporate implementation and monitoring of SMS policies, procedures, and safety programs.
· Coordinate incident / accident / near-miss reporting, ensuring timely submission to DGCA, airport authorities, and internal management.
· Lead and support incident investigations, evidence collection, interviews, and root cause analysis (RCA).
· Ensure accurate documentation of investigation reports, corrective actions, and closure records.
· Conduct Safety Risk Assessments (SRA) and support Task Resource Analysis (TRA) for operational activities.
· Monitor safety data, hazard reports, and prepare monthly dashboards/trend analysis for management.
· Conduct corporate-level audits, safety inspections, and compliance checks across stations.
· Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure effectiveness.
· Support corporate safety training, safety promotion, briefings, and communication initiatives.
· Assist stations during DGCA, Airline, DIAL, and ISAGO safety audits. Qualifications
· Graduate in Aviation / Engineering / Safety / Management (preferred).
· 3–6 years' experience in aviation safety, quality, or operations.
· Knowledge of DGCA CARs, ISAGO, ICAO Annex 19, and SMS fundamentals.
· Experience in incident investigation techniques (5-Why, Fishbone, Bowtie). Key Skills

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Regulatory Compliance (Quality&Safety;)
Role Overview The Assistant Manager – Regulatory Compliance supports the corporate-level oversight of all regulatory requirements applicable to the organization. The role ensures compliance with DGCA regulations, BCAS requirements,
DIAL directives, IATA/ISAGO standards, airport operator guidelines, and other statutory obligations. This includes maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating audits, monitoring regulatory changes, supporting approvals and renewals, and ensuring stations meet all regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and ensure organization-wide compliance with applicable DGCA CARs, BCAS AVSEC requirements, AAI/DIAL directives, and other statutory guidelines.
· Track and update regulatory changes; communicate new requirements to relevant departments.
· Maintain and manage regulatory documentation, approvals, licenses, NOCs, permits, and validity calendars.
· Coordinate DGCA / BCAS / airline / airport audits and ensure timely closure of NCs and observations.
· Support creation and revision of SOPs, manuals, and compliance documents.
· Review training compliance, certification validity, and mandatory competency requirements.
· Assist in preparing regulatory submissions, applications, renewals, and compliance reports.
· Collaborate with operational stations to verify onground compliance, including: o Breath Analysis (BA) compliance o Ramp safety documentation o Training and skill card validity o Resource allocation as per TRA o ERP entries and checklist compliance
· Support incident investigation, regulatory reporting, and followup actions with authorities.
· Maintain compliance dashboards and present updates in corporate review meetings.
Qualifications
· Graduate in Aviation / Engineering / Regulatory / Safety / Management (preferred).
· 3–6 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, safety, or quality within aviation/ground handling.
· Strong understanding of DGCA rules, BCAS guidelines, ISAGO standards, and AHM/IGOM.
· Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections. Key Skills
