We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth and drive sales performance within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. This role requires frequent travel, strategic planning, and team management to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned region.

- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers and business partners.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular business updates to management.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.





- Travel within the assigned region to meet clients, manage key accounts, and support business development initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and operational standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA is an added advantage.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development.

- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Robust communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team.

- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and customer engagement skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
