The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling strategic and statutory compliances, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data, including benefits and compensation information.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives and programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal risks.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with statutory compliances.




- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation and procedure implementation.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations, including statutory compliances.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
