About the Role The Deputy Manager - QA will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of materials and processes, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality assurance.

Responsibilities

- Analyze incoming material test reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze in process inspection test report.
- Vendor Evaluation and feedback on different parameters.
- Analyze the process gap on the basis of audits and feedback from customers or vendors.
- Calibration of instruments.
- Planning and coordination of Internal,



External audits.
- Control all IMS documents & relevant formats.
- Analyze the process defects & prepare action plan to control them.
- Incorporate the actions taken to control the defects in FMEA.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
- Acknowledge customer complaint and submit CA.
- Monitor quality scrap not exceed as per the standard scrap%.
- Prepare and present Management Review.
- Completion of assigned task on given timelines.
- Completion of departmental priorities as planned in the quarter.

Qualifications

- Full Time - B. Tech or M Tech in Textile.

Required Skills

- Proficient in MS Excel, planning.
- ERP experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Stability in career (not frequent changes).
- Outstation candidates to shift with family.
- Mandatorily from the industry specified.
