Responsibilities Develop and implement customs compliance strategies to ensure adherence to local and international regulations Lead and manage customs clearance processes for imports and exports including tariff classification valuation and documentation Optimize transportation routes and modes to reduce lead times and costs while maintaining service quality Collaborate with internal stakeholders including procurement production and finance teams to streamline end-to-end supply chain operations Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Stay up-to-date with industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in customs and logistics management Coach mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in customs and logistics operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field Master s degree or skilled certification in Customs Management or Logistics is a plus Minimum 8 years of experience in customs management logistics and supply chain operations Proven track record of managing customs clearance transportation and warehousing activities in the thermal power generation industry Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
