Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Domestic Outbound Banking collection team . The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting banking products, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for banking products (loans, credit cards, savings accounts, etc.).
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth conversion of leads into customers.

Requirements

- Prior experience in outbound sales, tele calling, or lead generation (banking preferred).
- Solid communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and customer service practices.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
