Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The role typically involves overseeing day-to-day operations in the assigned function, monitoring workflows, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities may include coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing and reviewing reports and documentation, supporting audits and compliance activities,



and contributing to process improvements.

Manager will also guide team members, help resolve operational issues, and support strategic initiatives aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications Demonstrated ability to manage operations, coordinate teams, and maintain process efficiency within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.

Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and compliance, including familiarity with quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support team supervision.

Competence in basic data analysis, use of productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations), and problem-solving for process improvement.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; prior experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare manufacturing is highly preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, adapt to dynamic operational needs, and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
