Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in ERP/accounting software (such as Tally).

Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliations).

Reconcile GST input tax credit with vendor records and GST portal data.

Ensure timely compliance with GST and other indirect tax regulations.

Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and reconciliations.

Support income tax compliance and statutory audits.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities as required.





Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent.

410 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and GST compliance.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP systems.

Robust understanding of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
