Qualifications: Post Graduation/Graduation in Science (Microbiology, Molecular Biology & Biotechnology preferred)

Experience: 1 – 4 Years

Key Skills / Technical Skills required relevant to profile:

Learning agility, Product Demonstration & Passionate about science.

MS Office, Ready to Travel, should be comfortable with English / Hindi, Presentation Skills

Positive presentation skills, adaptability and team-player attitude.

Willingness to travel for 17–18 days per month as per business requirements.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support

Conduct product demonstrations, customer presentations, and hands-on training sessions.

Support product installations, method validation,



and application troubleshooting at customer sites.

Assist the sales team with technical discussions, product evaluations, and customer queries.

Deliver training to laboratory personnel on product operation, testing protocols, and best laboratory practices.

Prepare technical reports, application notes, SOPs, and customer documentation.

Support technical seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and marketing activities.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

understanding of RT-PCR, ELISA, and food pathogen testing.
