Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (AM/DM)

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements through discussions, site visits, RFQs/RFPs/RFIs.

Design customized logistics solutions, including:

Warehouse layouts

Manpower planning

Productivity analysis

Process flow design

Cost modeling

Prepare techno-commercial proposals with:

P&L;

Pricing

SLAs

Operational models

Acquire and onboard new customers.

Coordinate with sales, operations, transport, and IT teams.

Build accurate cost models to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

Manage bids and tenders end-to-end (analysis, solution design, submission, negotiation).

Lead project implementation, handover, and go-live.

Conduct market and competitor analysis.

Focus on warehousing, transportation, and in-house logistics services.

Educational Qualification

Preferred qualifications include





Master's in Supply Chain Management

Industrial Engineering

MBA (Marketing/International Business)

Experience

10–15 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

Robust understanding of contract logistics and supply chain operations.

Extensive experience in 3PL/Contract Logistics.
