Job Title: Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager – Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented finance qualified (AGM / DGM level) to lead financial planning, fund management, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CMA preparation, financial analysis, and managing banking relationships, along with a thorough understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review CMA data and projections for banks and financial institutions.

Handle project financing, term loans, working capital, and fund management.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budget variance analysis.

Liaise with banks, auditors, and statutory authorities for funding and compliance matters.

Oversee daily accounting operations, cash flow, and financial reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, and audit requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

Monitor cost control measures and assist in strategic decision-making.





Support management in financial planning, cost optimization, and business forecasting.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.

Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA (Finance).

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in manufacturing or steel sector

Strong knowledge of CMA data preparation, banking documentation, and fund management.

Proficiency in Tally / SAP / Excel and financial modeling.

Key Skills Required

Expertise in CMA preparation and bank liaisoning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Sound understanding of financial laws, audits, and compliance frameworks.
