TeamLease EdTech is looking for a high-impact Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Inside Sales (B2C) to lead and scale large inside sales teams, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional learner experiences. ? Location: Noida Sector 62 ? Experience: 9–12 Years ? CTC: Market Competitive ? Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) | MBA/PG Preferred Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large B2C Edtech Inside Sales teams to achieve revenue and enrollment targets.




- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs, pipeline management, forecasting, and productivity metrics.
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Sales Managers to build a high-performing sales organization.
- Optimize CRM utilization, lead allocation, and sales processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Preferred Profile

- Proven experience in B2C Inside Sales leadership, preferably in EdTech.
- Experience managing 50–150+ member sales teams through Team Leaders/Managers.
- Robust expertise in revenue planning, sales strategy, CRM, forecasting, and team development.
