Role Description The Assistant role at FiXER BUSINESS SOLUTION is a full time, on-site position located in Satara. The Assistant will support day-to-day business consulting activities, including organizing client meetings, preparing presentations and basic reports, and maintaining schedules and documentation. The role involves coordinating communication with clients, updating project trackers, and assisting with follow-up on action items to ensure smooth execution of growth and strategy initiatives.

The Assistant will also help with data collection from clients, maintain digital and physical records,



and provide general administrative support to the consulting team. This position requires proactive collaboration with team members and a willingness to learn about business processes and client service.

Qualifications
