We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts who can independently manage the company's finance,

accounting, billing, MIS reporting, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP).
- Ensure customer invoices are prepared and sent on time.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
- Verify supplier bills, freight costs, and vendor payments.
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & MIS Reports.
- Monitor shipment-wise profitability and gross margin.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely billing.
- Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliances, audits, and tax documentation.
- Manage export/import documentation related to commercial and financial transactions.
- Monitor company cash flow and working capital.
- Prepare management reports and support business decision-making.




- Ensure all financial records are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, CHA, Shipping Line, Export-Import or Trading industry is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, Advanced Excel, GST, TDS and MIS Reporting.
- Good understanding of shipment costing, freight billing and profitability analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Preferred Qualification
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
- Experience in Freight Forwarding or Export-Import industry will be given first preference.
