Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will support manufacturing operations, quality control, and process optimization within our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for innovation in cosmetic and personal care product manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Assist in manufacturing process optimization for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.

✔Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment and processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

✔Work closely with R&D;, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to implement process improvements.

✔Support new product development (NPD) by coordinating with engineering and formulation teams.

✔Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, FDA, etc.) for cosmetic and personal care manufacturing.

✔Maintain technical documentation, reports, and SOPs for engineering processes.

✔Assist in the installation, maintenance, and calibration of equipment to enhance operational efficiency.

✔Analyze production data to suggest continuous improvement initiatives for cost savings and efficiency.

✔Support EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) initiatives and ensure workplace safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

✔Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and quality ✔control in the cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industry.

✔Experience with process validation, GMP guidelines,



and regulatory compliance.

✔Familiarity with production equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.

✔Proficiency in CAD software, PLC programming, or other engineering tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

✔Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.

✔Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional departments.

✔Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

✔Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet project deadlines.

Education & Certifications:

✔Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

✔Additional certifications in GMP, ISO, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing are preferred.

Preferred Experience:

✔1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering roles, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry.

✔Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, process optimization, and quality control.
