Campus Marketing Lead

This is Campus based role at UPES-Dehradun.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the campus marketing strategy in alignment with the University's brand and admissions objectives.

- Liaise with and act as the primary marketing partner for all academic schools/departments/functions collaborating closely with senior stakeholders including but not limited to Vice Chancellor (VC), Pro Vice Chancellors (PVCs) and Deans.

- Liaise with academic schools to identify key priorities, flagship initiatives, industry engagements, research, and campus activities, ensuring timely marketing support and flawless execution.

- Plan and execute campus-wide events, orientation programmes, open days, leadership interactions, VC and PVC engagements, academic showcases, student engagement initiatives, and other strategic brand activations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and on-ground activations across the campus.

- Lead campus branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all physical brand touchpoints and event environments.





- Manage external agencies and vendors for event production, branding, fabrication, logistics, and other execution requirements.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and execution quality across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, or experiential marketing.

- Preferred experience in HEI setup in a similar role

- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale events, cross-functional projects, and multiple senior stakeholders.
