Joining: 30-45 Days Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge/Solar Incharge O&M; for utility-scale solar PV power plants (100 MW Ground-Mounted Projects) located in Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for plant operations, preventive & corrective maintenance, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and team management to ensure maximum plant availability and optimized generation.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day solar plant operations & maintenance (O&M;) Monitor plant performance, power generation, inverter performance, and SCADA system data. Analyze breakdown reports, fault logs & generation reports Execute preventive & corrective maintenance of: Inverters Transformers HT/LT Panels String Combiner Boxes (SCBs) Solar Modules AC/DC Systems &
- SCADA alarms Ensure minimum downtime & achieve daily generation targets Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS & performance reports Implement LOTO, PTW & electrical safety procedures Supervise site technicians, vendors & contract manpower Coordinate module cleaning & maintenance activities Maintain spare parts inventory & documentation Support audits & statutory compliance Required Skills: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a 50 MW or larger ground-mounted solar power plant as Site In-Charge is required. Eligibility Criteria: 4-9 years of experience in Solar O&M.; At least 2 years of experience in a 50 MW or larger ground-mounted solar power plant.
Experience as a Site In-Charge in 5 MW or 50+ MW solar plants is a plus.
Language Requirement: Telugu mandatory for Andhra Pradesh location English &
