Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Bookkeeping & Administration

Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner

Update bank entries and reconcile them with bank statements

Manage timelines for vendor payments and ensure timely processing

Record and reconcile credit card transactions

Maintain petty cash records with proper supporting documentation

Handle invoicing, expense booking, payment follow-ups, and related administrative tasks

Compliance & Tax

Assist in TDS, GST, and Advance Tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings

Prepare and pass monthly adjustment entries including GST, salary journals, and cash expenses

Support in identifying opportunities for optimizing the company’s tax liabilities

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare fortnightly cash flow statements and monthly P&L; reviews

Assist in generating cash flow statements and forecasting cash and profit positions

Conduct monthly trend analysis and suggest actionable improvements

Support in data reporting and preparation of financial reports within timelines

Contribute to improving cash flow management and overall profitability Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent in Finance/Accounting
