- Develop and maintain processes aligned with ASPICE standards (up to Level 3 or higher).
- Ensure compliance with OEM and Tier-1 supplier requirements.
- Conduct internal ASPICE assessments and prepare for external audits.
- Define, create and maintain process documentation, templates, and guidelines.
- Train development teams on ASPICE processes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Promote process adherence and best practices across projects.
- Analyze process performance using KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for process non-conformities.
- Align ASPICE processes with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and Agile/DevOps practices.
- Support integration of ASPICE-compliant workflows in tools like Jira, Polarion, or IBM DOORS.
- Implement process monitoring and reporting dashboards.
Required Skills &
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- 7 years in process management in the automotive domain.
- Hands-on experience with ASPICE assessments and compliance.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, V-Model, and Agile in automotive context.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, GitHub, DOORS, and configuration management systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
