TECHNEXT Ventures Private Limited is looking for a skilled and execution-focused Part-Time Applied AI Engineer on a contract basis.

About the Role

We are building practical AI Employees, AI Agents and automation solutions for real business operations. We need an engineer who can independently design, develop, integrate and deploy production-ready AI systems—not someone limited to theoretical machine learning knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Build AI Agents and workflow automation for business processes
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other AI APIs
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, voice agents and internal assistants
- Connect AI systems with CRM, WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, databases and third-party APIs
- Build RAG-based systems using company documents and business data
- Develop backend services, dashboards and API integrations
- Test, deploy, monitor and improve AI applications
- Maintain proper documentation, security and access controls
- Convert business requirements into working AI solutions

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python, APIs and backend development
- Practical experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Experience with OpenAI API or similar AI platforms
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen




- Experience with databases, vector databases and RAG systems
- Familiarity with Git, cloud deployment and automation tools
- Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms
- Experience building voice AI or WhatsApp automation
- Knowledge of React, Node.js or dashboard development
- Previous experience developing production-ready AI products
