Role Description:

This is a full-time or part-time remote Founding AI Full Stack Engineer role. You will work directly with the founders to build and improve the AI pipeline that powers handwriting recognition, rubric-based grading, and feedback generation across real exam datasets.



You'll own key technical decisions, ship production-ready features quick, and iterate based on real teacher and student feedback.

This is an early-stage role — you'll be shaping the product from the ground up, not maintaining someone else's codebase.

What we're looking for:

- Builds full-stack products end to end — we use React, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLMs, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering
- Ships fast, thinks beyond just writing code, takes ownership independently
- Has built something real — show us your GitHub, projects, or anything you're proud of
- Experience with document AI, OCR, or vision models is a strong plus
