Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Specialist to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive business innovation and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies.

The role involves building intelligent applications, developing scalable AI models, and leveraging advanced analytics to solve complex business problems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI-driven solutions that deliver actionable insights, automation, and business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and develop AI/ML solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI models.
- Develop intelligent applications for prediction, recommendation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build scalable data pipelines and AI workflows using GCP services and modern data engineering practices.
- Implement and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain APIs and services for AI model deployment and integration.
- Leverage NLP, Generative AI, and advanced analytics techniques to create innovative business solutions.
- Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Automate ML lifecycle processes, including model training, deployment, monitoring,



and retraining.
- Conduct research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for security, governance, scalability, and operational excellence.

Required Skills :

- Robust experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- Hands-on expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of :
- BigQuery
- Cloud SQL
- Dataflow
- Dataproc
- Data Fusion
- PostgreSQL
- Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
- Expertise in building and consuming APIs for AI/ML applications.
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.
- Experience with CI/CD and automation tools including Tekton.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures and distributed data processing systems.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NLP solutions.
- Exposure to MLOps frameworks and model monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
