Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Architect to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with LLMs, GPT-4/OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, MCP, A2A, and modern AI deployment technologies. This role requires solid architectural expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable AI solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise-grade AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Develop AI-powered applications using GPT-4/OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Build, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
- Design multi-agent AI workflows using Agentic AI frameworks, MCP, and A2A.
- Build and maintain AI pipelines using Apache Airflow.
- Deploy and manage AI applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques and evaluate LLM performance.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.




- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and ethical AI standards.

Must Have Skills

- 15+ years of IT experience.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with GPT-4/OpenAI.
- Solid expertise in LangChain and LangGraph.
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with Agentic AI, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent).
- Experience in Fine-tuning LLMs.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience deploying AI applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building workflows using Apache Airflow.
- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
