Statutory

Audit — Companies Act audits, LLP audit, RoC filings including private placement and start-up certification

Taxation — Compliance, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, Scrutiny assessments

- GST — Compliance, GST Audit, scrutiny, GSTAT appearances, and appellate matters
- Insolvency & Restructuring — CIRP, PPIRP, Voluntary Liquidation, Scheme of Arrangement, NCLT representation Who should apply ✔ CA Inter (both groups)
