Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Software development/computer science/Data science.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge or experience using major language models including GPT, BERT, Google Gemini, Llama etc. for innovative use cases.
- Knowledge or experience in developing scalable and robust solution architecture for AI products
- Strong coding background in Python
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during analysis
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and APIs
- Experience with developing, testing, and embedding AI prompts.





Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience implementing & maintaining RAG pipelines, Vector DBs, and AI agents for Conversational AI or other AI solutions
- Familiarity with deep-learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch

Responsibilities

- Building enterprise-wide Conversational BI chatbot that provides data & analytics information and insights on business questions.
- Design and implement AI algorithms and LLMs to create applications like AI chatbots.
- Develop and deploy scripts for AI agents (Text to SQL, Column pruning, Table selection etc.), intent logic & functions, orchestrating API calls & creating APIs that can be called from LLMs
- Testing and analyzing outputs from the AI by experimenting with different prompts
- Embedding AI prompts into applications and software for use in automating complex or repetitive tasks
- Integrating Conversational AI chatbots into the business team's workflow
- Monitoring AI systems' performance.

Education:

- Education - Minimum of 15 years of formal education – BE/BTech or Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science / Information Technology.
